My client, a British multinational Retail/FMCG business are currently recruiting for a HR Administrator to join their close knit and collaborative team in London. You will play a crucial part in ensuring that the HR data and administration is efficiently managed and up to date and compliant.
Main responsibilities will be:
Ensures that HR data is managed efficiently, maintaining up to date, compliant records for all employees at the Centre.
Ensure that the HR System inputs are timely and accurate for the life cycle of an employee.
Tracks compliance training in an effective manner e.g. ABC, Competition & Compliance, Dawn Raid and Traveller Safety.
To maintain HR records that are compliant with General Data Protection Regulations.
Coordinates the administration elements of the recruitment process delivering accurate and timely documentation and communication.
A point of contact for HR enquiries from both internal and external customers.
Provides full administration support to the Talent Development Manager from coordinating activities to production of materials and record management.
The ideal candidate would have some HR experience previously, be professional, outgoing and confident and warm.
