HR Advisor

We're current working with a dynamic, fast-paced financial services firm whom due to their diverse services are more tech /media in cultural feel than a typical investment management firm.

They're looking for an HR Advisor to support a medium-large client group across all functions in EU, you'll sit within a very supportive team of specialist HR professionals and work closely with them. Therefore, the team can comfortably take someone on that requires some development, as this is a broad role that will cover ER, support reward and benefits projects, recruitment, support talent development and so on.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Advising managers on HR policies, processes and support with any queries

  • Support the Talent Manager in hires, managing your own roles end to end and utilising their brilliant direct sourcing methods

  • Advise managers and employees on ER concerns, guiding through processes and best practice

  • Support the Reward Manager with annual compensation processes

  • Manage internal mobility, immigration and visa queries

  • Support on various projects taking the lead on elements

  • Being intuitive and a problem solver to form solutions unaided

Candidates suitable for this position will:

  • Have experience in an HR generalist position within a fast paced, progressive environment

  • Be proactive, a self-starter, confident working autonomously and being resourceful

  • Have intermediate Excel skills

  • Ideally have experience in ER and Recruitment end to end, or at least in some part
