HR Business Partner - French speaker
My financial services client is looking for an HRBP with experience of supporting a French client group, including knowledge of French employment law, and with French language skills.
The HRBP will join a well established but lean team based in London and will provide all round support on all HR queries and BAU HR activities through to more strategic projects including post acquisition integration and centralisation of the HR function. Supporting around 200 heads, the HRBP will help to put in place structure, policy & procedures and to support change management activity for the territory.
Providing HR advice and counsel to business managers, translating business requirements into HR services, programs and initiatives, and delivering HR services to the business.
Build strong relationships with and provide trusted advice to assigned managers on the full range of HR programs, such as performance management, succession planning and talent development; employee relations, reward and recognition
Build knowledge of business strategies of client groups
Support the implementation of a framework for assessing and developing organizational talent. Provide support in executing talent assessment and performance management processes.
Support local Talent Acquisition activities.
Partner with Regional HR Business Partners and Talent & Organization Development team on initiatives to improve manager skills and knowledge.
Work with compensation to review benchmark data, reviews compensation recommendations
Monitor and review workforce analytics and provide insights to HRBPs and Line of Business management.
Participate in HR cross-functional and technical projects as appropriate
Implement standardized HR processes with client groups.
Maintain knowledge of local employment regulations and local laws.
Ensure employment law-related risks are managed appropriately. Serve as resource for regional ER during times of high volume.
Degree level qualified and/or certification in HR specialties.
Substantial HR generalist experience within matrixed organisation and / or a shared service HR model
Ability to work independently
Demonstrate strong personal credibility with the ability to build trusted relationships with senior managers in order to influence.
Experience of working in fast paced environments and navigate through change.
Track record of using initiative and proactively taking on responsibility
Outstanding verbal and communication skills, with poise and confidence to interact with all levels of management.
Delivery focused and able to execute flawlessly.
