A brilliant opportunity for an experienced HR Manager has arisen within a leading Manufacturing organisation based in Leeds. They are looking for a strong passionate HR professional to join them and drive change within the business.
Reporting to the Head of HR you will manage the HR team including Payroll, provide support and guidance to managers on ER issues as well as supporting with the recruitment and selection process. You will complete a very hands on role as well as implementing change into the business and supporting across all levels.
What you need:
- Experience managing a team.
- Passion for HR and driving change.
- At least 2 to 3 years experience as a HR Manager.
- Level 7 CIPD qualification.
