Temporary HR Advisor role on a fixed term contract until September paying up to £30,000
We have an excellent new opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join an established organisation who have a staff force of over 500 employees.
The business is still in very exciting times are on a journey to grow their business and this role will be part of that strategy. We are looking for an experienced candidate who has the ability to make a difference and help to shape their organisation. You will provide ER support on all lower level cases including but not limited to Probationary meetings, absence management, grievance etc. You will be the first point of contact for all first line queries and you will offer advice on guidance to all levels of employees. You may also be required to perform some low level business partnering within the business as well as managing your own case load and dealing with a certain level of HR administration. The role has a primarily ER focus and so you must have an up to date knowledge of all employee relations and have experience working in a role at a similar level. The business is a very professional and commercial organisation and ideally, the company are looking for somebody with this mind-set.
We are looking for experienced HR Candidates who are experienced to operate at this level
CIPD qualified or relevant experience
Strong Excel and HR information system skills
Experience of working within the Financial Services/Professional Services sector would be advantageous
You will receive a role within this organisation for up to 5 months which may go on for a lot longer. You will be paid a generous salary of up to £30,000 per annum and the business has an excellent benefits package.
