HR Manager - Technology



£60,000 - £65,000

I am looking for a HR Manager, who is happy to do a role that has a mix of both HR Business Partnering and HR operations. In this role, it is really important that the HR operations, processes and systems are all operating as effectively and seamlessly as possible, so this will be a priority, alongside acting as a true Business Partner to your stakeholders.

My client are a medium sized European business. In this role, you will be looking after UK HQ, you will have a counter part who looks after the other arm of the business and you will report in to a Senior HRBP based in an overseas office.

Role requirements:

  • Ability to be resilient, push back in the right way with your stakeholders in order to get the best outcome for the business

  • Educate the managers and provide coaching around best practise and getting the best out of their team

  • You will be detail orientated, and strike a good balance between good operations but also having new ideas and being somewhat entrepreneurial in your style.

  • Advantageous to have experience in a technology or comparable industry

  • Some ER, but they do have centralised operations who will support on such matters

  • You must be confident to make decisions and work autonomously and be commerical in your approach.

  • Solid experience in a HR Manager role
