A top Global Accountancy firm are recruiting for a Senior HR Advisor to join their team. Based in The City, this role will play a pivotal part in the coaching, advising and supporting in the delivery of HR. As the Senior HR Advisor, you will be responsible for (but not limited to):
Advising and supporting in delivering on a full range of HR issues from managing talent and development to dealing with misconduct etc.
Coaching on how to reach fair informal and formal resolutions when dealing with capability, disciplinary and absence management issues in line with the firm's policies and legal framework
Being the custodian of data, using it to provide insight for Business Partners/Senior Business Partners and the business
Supporting the Business Partner in delivery of projects
Collaborating with the Centre of Expertise teams in People Experience to deliver best ideas and possible solutions for Managers
As the Senior HR Advisor, you will possess:
CIPD qualification/part qualification
Technical experience in ER, Performance Management, training and coaching, process reviews, culture change, on-boarding etc.
Keen eye for detail, and demonstrable ability to use data to drive insight
Track record of building strong advisory relationships within a business
Ability to quickly adapt to a professional services environment and a commercially focused business unit
Commercial focus with the ability to deliver innovative solutions
Focus on self-development as well as having desire to coach, mentor and develop colleagues
