Large public sector organisation based in Coventry, are looking to recruit a temporary HR Team leader to join a innovative HR service centre.
Your new role
You will be managing a team of HR coordinators who are responsible for the delivery of a comprehensive, first line and admin support to employees and line managers across the organisation. You will be supporting the team to ensure that they deliver a full range of administrative and advisory services, in line with SLAs and performance indicators. Alongside this you will handle more complex HR queries, either by phone, email or in person.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for an experienced HR professional who has a background in leading people and delivering comprehensive HR advice and guidance. As this is a temporary post for 3-6 months, candidates should be available immediate or on short notice.
