Our client, a leading financial services organisation is looking for a Learning & Development lead from within a matrix organisation to join their team.
The client is looking for someone who keeps up to date with new trends and understands different ways of implementing learning.
This is a lead role, within a specific part of a large banking organisation, but the successful candidate doesn't need to come from within financial services.
This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of changing programmes in a large bank and will offer plenty of lead role, bringing new ideas to the table.
The successful candidate will have:
- Extensive L&D experience and experience of designing, delivering and developing programmes
- Up to date ideas about Learning programmes and how to implement new ideas across a large organisation
- A passion for L&D and an autonomopus apporach to getting programmes set up and implemented.
