My client, a leading financial services organisation is looking for a senior talent specialist to join the team in a 10 month maternity contract.
Reporting directly to the Head of Talent & Resourcing, the Senior Talent Specialist will partner with business stakeholders to provide advice and counsel on performance and talent management throughout the colleague lifecycle including performance improvement, talent management, induction, and specific development and learning programmes. You will also be tasked with leading the implementation of a new Performance Management System. Developing, communicating and maintaining the overall project implementation plans, working with the Head of Talent & Resourcing and the Talent Specialist to map processes, develop workflows, design modules, assess risks, managing systems reporting, testing data quality, and migrating data.
The ideal candidate will have a background in performance management but will also have worked on a similar systems implementation project. You will be happy to line manage one person and will be available at short notice to take on a maternity cover.
