We are working with a FTSE 100 firm to hire a HR Director on a 12 month fixed term contract basis.
The main purpose of this role is to support the delivery of the people elements of both the annual business plan and financial performance.
As part of the HR leadership team you will work design, plan, develop and deliver an integrated, comprehensive, solution-focussed People Plan that enables effective delivery of the broder HR Business Plan.
In addition, you will work with the broader Centres of Excellene to design and deliver HR strategy, policy and process.
The role holder will work closely with the MD Business unit, ensuring the delivery of a great employee experience to support the delivery of a great customer experience within the wider organisation
This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercial HR Director with experience working with a large, matrix organisation to join a high performing HR team. Strong business acumen is a must.
