Your new role
As the Interim People Manager, you will be report into the FD and be responsible for providing an operational generalist HR support to the business. This will include providing advice and guidance to managers, managing recruitment, presenting key MI information to the board, delivering management development training, managing payroll as well as some project work on GDPR, implementing a new HR system, succession planing and benefits.
What you'll need to succeed
CIPD qualified or equivalent, you will have experience of working as a stand alone HR Manager within a media agency or similar. You will have proven experience of working in an operational generalist role where you will have been self sufficient. You will be able to demonstrate your experience of running payroll, implementing a new HR system as well as succession planning and talent reviews. You will have excellent stakeholder management and be credible when presenting to the board. It is essential that you can start a new role in April 2018 and that you can commit to a minimum 8 month contract.
