Senior Learning & Development Advisor - Legal

A top international Law Firm, based in London are looking for a Senior Learning & Development Advisor to join the team. Reporting into the Learning & Development Manager, this role will focus on developing capability, improving performance and building future talent. As the Senior Learning & Development Advisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying training and development needs

  • Designing and facilitating new training sessions and programmes

  • Evaluating courses and on-going review of existing training sessions

  • Ensuring successful implementation and administration of training sessions and programmes

  • Delivering training sessions and programmes

  • Maintaining and administering e-learning

  • One-to-one coaching sessions

  • Supporting wider HR initiatives and projects

  • Supporting in setting the budget

As the Senior Learning & Development Advisor, you will possess:

  • Either Legal experience (lawyer) looking to move into an L&D role or an experienced Learning & Development professional

  • In-depth understanding of the training cycle and learning theory

  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills

  • Strong experience of managing and delivering skills programmes

  • Strong communication skills

  • Team player attitude

  • Strong project management and organisational skills
