What will you be doing
We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Business Partner to join our team. This role will support our Premier Inn Operations in the design and delivery of the HR plan. You will work closely with the Operations Management team to offer proactive, and commercial, support in line with our Employee Value Proposition. Particular focus will be on talent management, management skills, leadership behaviours and employee relations. Additionally, this role will support the wider HR business functions of Resourcing, engagement & communications and L&D by acting as a HR operational interface.
This role is field based and will require travel across the South of England, there will also be the requirement to stay away from home and utilise our fantastic hotels.

- You will empower your stakeholders to develop talent within the wider business, including Premier Inn, Restaurants and Costa.
- With a strong understanding of Employee Relations, you will support leaders through all aspects of performance management, ER case management and policy review. Offering an independent and objective lens to ensure effective management of each individual process.
