Graduate Recruitment & Development Administrator - Legal

A top international Law Firm, based in London are looking for a Graduate Recruitment & Development Administrator to join the team. Reporting into the Head of Resourcing, this role provides support to the Graduate Recruitment and HR team for trainees. As the Graduate Recruitment & Development Administrator, you will be responsible for (but not limited to):

  • managing and maintaining all relevant software's

  • securing bookings with target universities for law fairs and updating campus tracker and organising company attendance

  • organising logistics for external events, ensuring travel has been arranged etc

  • booking rooms and arranging catering along with organising internal speakers

  • supporting Diversity & Inclusion team with graduate related events

  • providing administrative support in all aspects of arranging assessment centres for future trainee candidates

  • helping to organise vacation scheme and other relevant graduate programmes

  • producing offer paperwork for candidates, scanning and saving to the HR database etc.

  • helping to manage the Graduate Recruitment inbox and telephone helpline

  • supporting the Senior HR Advisor for Trainees and Learning & Development Advisor to schedule inductions

  • supporting with HR international team with the secondment process where necessary
