HR Administrator - Legal

A leading international law firm, headquartered in New York are looking for a HR Administrator to join the team. As the HR Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the HR team whilst assisting them in delivering generalist support to the London office. As the HR Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting HR team with data entry on HR systems

  • Keeping a log of joiner and leaver information; compiling and sending out the weekly people report

  • Managing all filing systems including personnel files

  • Arranging archiving of files as necessary

  • Assisting Recruitment Advisor and HR Assistant with recruitment admin

  • Providing support with the Graduate Recruitment, Trainee Induction and Internship processes

  • Supporting the HR & Professional Development Manager during Associate Review processes

  • Preparing professional development induction packs for HR

  • Assisting with recording staff vacation and sickness etc.

  • Assisting with payroll i.e. checking overtime

  • Monitoring the recruitment inbox on a weekly basis

As the HR Administrator, you will possess:
