Business Change Lead

This is a great opportunity to join our growing Business Change Team as a Business Change Lead.  You will develop and implement a Business Change Methodologies, standards, tools and templates providing a consistent, effective and measurable approach to change management.

You will play a key role in ensuring projects (change initiatives) meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage.

You may find yourself:

•    working across a portfolio of projects supporting their Business Change delivery;
•    leading a Change Project in its entirety (such as the development and deployment of a Change Methodology), thus wearing ‘two hats’ acting as a the Project Manager and Change Manager; or
•    working on a large programme specifically within the Business Change workstream

You will have extensive experience of change management best practice and methodologies, successful delivery of change management projects/programmes and stakeholder management.

We are looking for someone who has experience of delivering change.
