Senior HR Business Partner

A leading national charity is looking for a new Senior HR Business Partner to join their diverse team on a permanent basis.

Reporting to the Associate Director of People, you will manage stakeholder relationships with a proactive approach that can align the needs of the HR function with the wider organisational objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and improve the HR function, supporting managers and advising staff to ensure a customer-centred service delivery
  • Manage employee relations casework
  • Design and deliver training and development initiatives
  • Investigate reward initiatives and maximise the functionality of the eRostering system
