My client, an international media business, is urgently seeking an interim Diversity & Inclusion Project Manager for an initial contract through until the end of the year.
The business has launched a number of diversity and inclusion initiatives recently however, with the support of the SLT, now wants to bring in a dedicated interim D&I specialist to build upon the work already done, devise an action plan and drive all D&I activity forward.
The successful candidate will be a D&I specialist who will thrive in a creative yet challenging environment. You will be resilient, enjoy challenging perceptions, be committed to pushing the boundaries in an industry that knows it needs to change the way it works and enjoy working with a driven and collaborative HR function.
This is an ASAP start with a mid-April start at the latest.
