My client is looking for a Temporary HR Assistant to join their team to support the schools HR business manager in providing quality, timely and cost-effective HR administration and advisory service to headteachers and schools across the Council. This role is based in Bedford.
The role involves receiving paperwork from the recruitment team and uploading it to the system, setting things up with payroll, administering employee lifecycle changes such as pay and contract amendments, data input and administration.
To be considered for this role, you need to have excellent administration skills including payroll and HRIS knowledge, accuracy in data input as well as some HR experience.
