An exciting opportunity has arisen within a global Tech business based in Richmond. They require a standalone HR Manager to join the business on a 4 month FTC to look after a client group of around 85 people. This is a great role for someone who is wanting to develop their management skills within an agile and lively environment.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
Managing HR strategy, projects and HR operations
Managing employee relations and policy related matters for sales client group
Managing annual HR processes such as Talent, Reward etc.
Managing HR projects locally and internationally
Partnering with recruitment to ensure a smooth and effective recruitment and on-boarding process
Reporting and overseeing HR Operations
Previous experience within a standalone capacity would ideal
Previous HR Manager experience
Knowledge of supporting a sales client group
Ability to be flexible and agile in an ever adapting environment
Ability to push back and be assertive
CIPD or equivalent would be desirable
This role is to start asap, therefore you will ideally be available on short notice if not immediately.
