Learning & Development Administrator

A global leading provider of audit, tax and consulting services are looking for a Learning & Development Administrator to join their team. Reporting into the Learning Manager, this role will provide proactive administration support to the Learning & Development Managers in delivering all aspects of Learning & Development. Responsibilities will include:

  • Using the LMS to administer classroom and online training as needed and being proactive in identifying how the system can help automate these processes
  • Liaising with external providers to book meeting rooms and accommodation as required
  • Sending arrangement details to relevant members of staff regarding each training course whilst liaising with the training managers regarding their requirements
  • Liaising with exam training managers across the firm to ensure all new students are booked on the relevant internal training courses
  • Producing student training letters and sending out training packs to all new students prior to them joining
  • Liaising with external trainers regarding courses they are running for the company and making sure that their course material has been sent for technical review and check by the internal training managers
  • Completing re-charges for each individual course
  • Distributing exam results for trainees to the relevant parties
  • Covering other members of the team whilst they are on leave
  • Assisting on projects within the team to ensure current data on system is up to date
  • Dealing with ad hoc queries raised by members of the team, HR Advisors and exam training managers
  • Producing accurate and customised reports from the LMS as needed
  • Investigating queries raised regarding the LMS
  • Ensuring data kept on LMS is accurate and up to date
  • Updating the annual online training needs forms and liaising with IT to get this updated
