Head of HR

A commercial organisation based in Birmingham is looking for a new Head of HR to join their busy HR team on a permanent basis. 

Reporting to the Senior Responsible Owner (SRO), you will direct comprehensive HR function and coordinate processes and functions to enable effective recruitment, development and retention of employees to maximise company performance. 

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update HR policies, job descriptions, staff handbook and induction activities to optimise recruitment procedures
  • Evaluate and introduce relevant collaborative HR management systems to increase performance
  • Assist with training analysis and HR training delivery

Qualifications/Experience required: 

  • Understanding of employment law with regards to policy and practice
