Interim HR Advisor, Salary between £30-£35k per annum depending on experience, Gateshead based.

Your new role
As an HR Advisor you'll be providing support to a range of staff on HR issues ranging from recruitment to discipline and grievance as well as providing proactive and reactive HR solutions to meet the needs of the business.
In addition to providing generalist, HR support you'll be responsible for the preparation of MI reports relating to the HR policies being implemented and queries received as well as ensuring the HR database system is maintained in an accurate and efficient manner.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed you'll be an experienced HR Advisor with a generalist HR background and CIPD or equivalent qualifications. You'll be an organised and effective advisor with excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a consultative team.
Ideally you'll be experience in consulting with external representatives as well as being able to demonstrate involvement in HR projects in a previous role although these are not essential requirements.
