Temp HR Assistant

I am delighted to be working with a Membership Body based in the City of London. They are recruiting for a Temporary HR Assistant to start urgently! The main purpose of this fantastic opportunity is to provide research, analysis and resolution on employee, applicant and retiree issues while delivering optimal service to these groups.

They are looking for someone who will accurately responds to questions and conducts research of issues, service, operational policies/procedures and/or transactions. Provides advice and feedback to business owners, interprets, resolves problems, runs reports and makes recommendation to management. The company has recently joined forces with a large US based business, so you must thrive working in a fast-paced environment. You must have clear understanding of Payroll processes for all UK and non-UK employees and work closely with Payroll to ensure accurate and timely delivery as well as be able to liaise with the Benefits provider to ensure that the company benefits are administered accurately.

In order to be considered for this role you must have HR experience of at least 2 years, be customer service orientated, have ability to maintain confidentiality and have strong reporting and analysis skills. They are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills, an eye for detail and a strong confident user of HR systems.
