Recruitment Advisor

A growing financial services business in the city currently have an exciting Recruitment Advisor position available on a 6 month basis.

As a new role to the business the Recruitment Advisor will assist line managers throughout the full recruitment cycle, managing end-to-end transactional and administrative processes. Be the liaison point between agencies, direct candidates and the business, proactively coordinating recruitment campaigns. Ensure all recruitment related MI is maintained and provide regular reports to relevant.

  • Provide recruitment support to managers through each stage of the recruitment cycle
  • Ensure job descriptions are robust and aligned
  • Liaise with reward in relation to benchmarking and compensation
  • Brief agencies and act as the central point of contact
  • Assist mangers in screening and shortlisting CVs
  • Attend interviews where required
  • Manage the offer process in liaison
  • Assist with induction related activities
  • Establish a central database of recruitment agencies
  • Manage all recruitment administration and candidate communication accordingly
  • Proactively seek ways to improve and develop recruitment policies and processes to deliver a positive candidate experience
  • Maintain recruitment MI, analysing and evaluating all recruitment activity
  • Work with the wider HR team to develop processes and policies for internal applications and employee referrals
  • Utilise social media to attract candidates, increase the company's profile and reduce recruitment costs
  • Liaise with marketing to develop literature for direct recruitment campaigns

Candidate requirements;

  • Excellent attention to detail, organisation and planning skills
  • Experience working to tight deadlines in a fast moving environment
  • Previous recruitment experience essential (either in-house or recruitment agency)
  • Ambitious
  • Good communicator
  • Customer focused
