Your new company
An exciting opportunity has come up in a multi-site SME Private Sector company based near Crediton. A well-established family oriented business is looking for a HR Manager to join their friendly and hardworking team.
Your new role
You will have experience of setting up HR from scratch, reviewing and updating all HR processes and policies. You will coach, mentor and training existing staff as well as providing day to day HR advice to staff at all levels. You will be a strong Generalist HR Advisor who can provide a comprehensive HR service.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have experience of setting up HR from scratch, excellent mentoring, coaching and communication skills. Be a strong team player who is passionate about providing excellent guidance and support. You will need to be a trustworthy, meticulous individual and have strong administrative skills. You will need a minimum of a Level 5 CIPD qualification with at least 2 years' experience.
