HR Officer - FTC until July 2019

My private sector client requires an HR Officer to join their established team and support the growth of our organisation.  The HR department is a fast-paced, challenging environment, where your ability to work flexibly and ensure that tasks are completed within the required timescales and standards, whilst balancing the organisations complex and changing needs.
 
The Service Delivery team is the hub of the HR department, delivering a high-quality HR service to the organisation and individuals through the whole lifecycle.

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be allocated an area of the organisation to support, from issue of contractual documentation, through to attendance management, consultation for the end of fixed-term contracts, family related leave, supporting restructures, and processing leaver documentation.

You will ensure that all required paperwork is accurately completed, processed and information on changes communicated.
You will also have the opportunity to gain an insight into international HR issues through their International presence.

You will already be a member of the CIPD or Level 7 Qualified and will be able to apply the skills and knowledge you have gained, through both study and your career, to a new environment.

With experience of working within a fast-paced and diverse environment, you will be able to balance achievement of the departments’ resourcing needs, while managing risk for the organisation.

A confident communicator and influencer, you will also have strong attention to detail plus the ability to ensure accuracy and quality of work in high volumes.
