An interim HR Director role for 3 months for a large Public Sector organisation based in Plymouth.

Your new company
A well-established large Public Sector organisation based in Plymouth are looking for an Interim HR Director for 3 months to join their large HR team. This public sector organisation looking for someone who can add true value to the future of this company.


Your new role
You will provide professional HR & OD advice to the whole business, be able to coach and support employees at all levels. Working on a variety of projects that includes Gap Analysis, Capability Reviews and give advice on the current HR policies.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have a Chartered Level 7 CIPD qualification, be an experienced Generalist HR Director. You will need to be someone who can make tough decisions, be an inspirational leader, with a Public Sector background and have excellent interpersonal and organisational skill set.
