A commercial, fast paced and innovative law firm in Central London are recruiting for a Reward and Benefits Advisor to join the team on a permanent basis.
Your new role
As part of small HR team, you will support the delivery of the firms reward strategy and programmes.
You will be the first point of contact for all reward and benefits queries to the wider business, offering support and guidance. You will manage the company benefit programmes, supporting the renewal process which will involve managing relationships with benefits providers.
You will also be involved in the management of the company wellbeing programme, developing new reward strategies, reviewing the HR database, and supporting the annual salary review process.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will currently be working within reward in another law firm or professional services company, looking for a new challenge. You will be passionate about reward and benefits. Ideally you will have some payroll experience although this is not essential. You will be calm and confident, and able to build relationships internally.
