Job Plan Administrator - Part Time (Mat Cover)

Your new role
You will coordinate the bookings of employees to jobs and managers. You will book these in a fair an equal manner ensuring trainees have an even flow of jobs. You will communicate and coordinate this process with managers. You will be able to work from home, approximately 3 hours a day, Monday to Friday. You will be required to travel into the office approx once a month. This role will be 15 hours/week.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience managing diaries, and have proven coordination and administrative skills, ideally within a similar style organisation. Ideally you will have worked in a HR Function before. You will need to be able to work to the set structure of 5 days (Monday- Friday) and be happy to work just 15 hours a week.
