A large healthcare provider in the South West has an exciting opportunity for a Deputy Director of Organisation Development & People to join their current team.
Reporting to the Director of OD & People, you will be responsible for leading and managing the operational workforce agenda including resourcing, talent management, HR operations and workforce planning.
- Ensure a high quality operational OD & People service meeting key performance indicators and service standards
- Produce workforce reports for various senior stakeholders
- Act as the professional lead for the implementation of key workforce strategies around pay, benefits and initiatives
