HR Business Partner
Your new company
I am working with a well-established, reputable engineering organisation in order to recruit a HR Business Partner to cover a twelve month maternity contract.
Your new role
You will report into the Senior HRBP in order to effectively support a diverse workforce. This support will stretch across the entire employee life cycle including recruitment, employee relations and employee engagement. Specific responsibilities include absence management, coaching/upskilling line managers and HR reporting - using key metrics in order to commercially impact efficiency. You will also support the Senior HRBP with project such as; apprenticeship attraction/management and employee engagement/staff survey analysis.
What you'll need to succeed
You are CIPD Qualified, studying towards a Qualification or have the equivalent level of experience. You have Generalist HR experience and have previously partnered with a shop floor environment within manufacturing or engineering industries. You are keen to get involved in projects and in taking on more responsibility. You are confident, robust and resilient - you will drive forward efficiency and productivity.
What you'll get in return
You will receive £35,000 - £40,000 depending on your recent and relevant experience. You will support an established engineering organisation through change and in the implementation of a number of exciting projects. You will received all associated benefits and work in new offices with parking on site.
