My client is a global organisation in the commerce arena. They are looking for an Associate Reward Director to join their fast-paced team for a 6 month FTC. The main responsibilities for this Associate Reward Director will be to support in the completion of compensation rounds, bonus payments, salary reviews and provide support around the EMEA Reward strategy.

Other key responsibilities for this Associate Reward Director will include:

  • Designing, developing and delivering reward policies and processes, contributing to the development of EMEA Reward Strategies and Principles
  • Being a Reward expert, providing specialist support and advice stakeholders across the business as and when required
  • Supporting the delivery of the EMEA Reward Strategy and Reward programmes as well as the annual cycles, ensuring they are fully aligned to the strategic goals of the business
  • Providing overall input into EMEA Reward strategy and plans

The ideal candidate for this role will have 6-8 years proven Reward experience, preferably in a management role. You will have experience supporting an international company through growth and change and have extensive knowledge of Government requirements and experience dealing in Remco papers. Advanced Excel skills are essential and an ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment would be advantageous.
