HR Assistant

A truly unique HR Assistant role is now available working for an Accountancy business based in Central London. The role will be working within their consultancy arm and you will be providing HR Assistant support to a wide range of the firm's clients. The role will be generalist in nature and you will cover the full HR spectrum - recruitment support, on-boarding, due diligence, training support, advising on policies and procedures, monitoring absence and sickness, MI reporting and much more.

As you will be working with clients it is essential that this person wants to have a client facing role, has superb communication skills and a high attention to detail. You will have previous HR experience in a fast paced and busy role and be looking for a role that will enable you to use this knowledge but also expand on this. We are looking for someone who wants a career in HR and as such someone who is looking for personal growth and development.

The role requires someone who is degree educated, deadline orientated, a self starter and has sound time management skills.
