4 days a week, 6 month FTC £43,750 Fte Bracknell or City based with home working

The ER Implementation Lead will be the subject matter expert for all restructure, transformations and TUPE consultation (in and out) , as well as supporting HR Business Partners and Leaders to effectively deliver their objectives without compromising the service and treatment of the impacted individuals.

Key accountabilities & Skills:

  • Design and develop a robust, intuitive and sustainable HR process to support future and current implementation projects
  • Manage all TUPE and consultations across the UK and EMEA ensuring that project teams and impacted individuals are aware of the process required and roles and responsibilities
  • Main point of contact for all Employee Relations queries
  • Assist in producing communications to impacted employees ensuring that they have sufficient knowledge of their legal rights and the process moving forward
  • Track any complex ER issues, complaints or grievances arising as a result of the implementation ensuring they are directed to appropriate business leaders
  • Ensure that any areas of risk are flagged at the earliest stage
  • Supervise any due diligence activities required, ensuring that all are completed in a timely manner
  • Foster close relationship with HRBPs to sense check any potential problems and ensure ER implementation needs are being met
  • Deep experience of managing ER/legislative aspects of implementation, consultation and TUPE across UK and EMEA (experience of working alongside employee forums, trade unions and other negotiating bodies an advantage)
  • Experience of writing intuitive and robust processes suitable for all levels of the business
  • Evidence of working at pace, preferably within an environment of rapid growth and change
  • Ability to cut through the bureaucracy and create and suggest workable solutions which are both legally compliant and business focused
  • Experience of creating and implementing projects to deliver processes which will improve the way things are done going forward
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
