My client, a fast growing Fintech is looking for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to lead and take responsibility for the HR function. The ideal candidate will have strategic and operational experience and have the experience of covering all areas of the HR Function - from creating and implementing policies to L&D, reward and Compensation.
The ideal candidate will come from a start-up, Technology, Financial Services or Fintech background. You will deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business.
You will be a good strong generalist who has a strategic and operational hands on approach with the confidence to make decisions and be commercial in your approach. Exceptional communicaation skills both written and verbal is essential.
