Supporting the Reward Manager Permanent opportunity Part-time hours 3 or 4 days

This is a part-time permanent role available on a 3 or 4 day basis , based in Leeds city centre
You will be dealing with day to day benefit related queries from employees & Managers/Directors across the business working closely with HR. Self managing a number of benefits offered including processing, invoicing and ensuring regular MI is made available. Supporting the manager in running and managing the portal including annual renewals and improvements.
You must be able to offer strong IT skills including Excel, & be highly analytical in your approach with the ability ti manipulate data as required. Highly organised and able to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Experience of managing benefits/portals would be advantageous.
