Reward Manager - Consultancy
A Consultancy organisation based in London has headcount for two additional team members to join on a permanent basis; a Reward (Relationship) Manager and a Remuneration Regulation Director.
Supporting clients within Asset Management, the Reward Manager will be the first point of contact for clients (usually C Suite individuals) and will work alongside Partners and Senior Consultants in the development and execution of annual compensation studies and consulting projects. Other key responsibilities include:
Owning and developing client relationships, including client service and identifying opportunities
Market research and competitor analysis
Working on projects that develop and implement client reward strategies that link to business strategy
Client advisory projects including Regulatory, analytical and market practice performance and reward consulting
Project and process management
Previous knowledge of implementing reward/compensation strategies within the financial services sector
Experience within consultancy or financial services required
Knowledge of regulations affecting the Asset Management space
Excellent relationship & stakeholder management skills
Strong communication skills
