An exciting fixed-term opportunity has arisen within a Data Insight business in Manchester. The client require a tech recruiter to join them for 12 months, during a period of growth. Reporting into the recruitment manager, you will support senior stakeholders with volume tech recruitment.

Duties will include:

  • Partnering with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to develop and implement resourcing plans for junior roles

  • Managing the end to end recruitment process for junior roles including; vacancy planning to meet time to hire targets, defining and managing go to market strategy to ensure adequate quality and quantity of candidates including sourcing for defined roles, pre-selection of candidates to generate shortlist, advising on and facilitating selection activities, offer management and keeping in touch with candidates throughout

  • Managing the end to end candidate experience ensuring a positive experience and impact on our employer brand

  • Maintaining accurate and timely records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to enable vacancy and candidate management and the automatic generation of MI

  • Ensuring the recruitment manager is aware of any opportunity for continuous improvement in operational recruiting

Roles will include developers and software engineers.

Key skills/experience:

  • Must have previous tech recruitment experience; agency or in-house

  • Good stakeholder management
