Your new role
You will be required for a 6 week period to cover a large backlog of ER casework. The role will focus mainly on ER casework dealing with cases such as sickness, absence, disciplinary and legislative etc. The company currently has a number of cases open that they need some assistance with. There may be other things that you will be getting involved with however the bulk of the role will be focusing on this case work.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have experience within a fast pace, busy environment. You will have worked in a HR Advisor role or similar previously and have a perfect knowledge of all levels of Employee Relations. This is essential.
You must have experience working with a varied, high volume caseload and be able to prioritise your own workload. A CIPD qualification would be beneficial and you must be immediately available to start and be available for the full 6 week period.
