Talent Acquisition Project Manager

12 Month FTC

Central London

Oakleaf Partnership are working with a leading fashion retailer who are looking to recruitment a Talent Acquisition Project Manager to join their team to cover maternity for 12 months on a FTC basis. You will look at renovating the talent acquisition strategies across Head Office and Retail across all brands and have the ability to showcase your ability as a commercial change agent. You will be involved in a variety of complex and diverse projects linked to talent acquisition including implementing a new ATS system globally to creating compelling employer branding and social media footprint.

Key responsibilities

  • Leading the Projects team and TA project strategy for all Brands globally

  • Juggling multiple complex projects simultaneously

  • Reviewing all recruitment tools, platforms and processes to drive best in class recruiter and candidate experience, launching new platforms where required

  • Enhancing our employer brand through our career site, social media and third party sites

  • Building our talent pipelines through events and innovative channels

  • Evolving the career site representing career paths for Retail and Head Office

  • Owning the advertising strategy ensuring its optimised and innovative

  • Overseeing the social media strategy, roll out and management

  • Elevating the candidate experience across all candidate touchpoints

  • Owning Projects budget & reporting ensuring spend and savings are optimised

  • Partnering with Procurement and Legal for all new and renewed supplier contracts

  • Building successful relationships with creative agencies, media partners, assessment providers and ATS platforms

Key requirements

  • Passion to lead TA strategies and projects across multiple brands

  • Successes managing multiple complex projects in matrix environments simultaneously

  • Ability to balance strategy, operational day to day and people management effectively

  • Inspiring people leadership skills with an ability to nurture top talent

  • Experience building compelling employer brands and candidate journeys

  • Technical knowhow with ATS, social & assessment platforms to review and implement

  • Ability to influence & negotiate with external partners to meet commercial objectives

  • A proactive solutions and delivery mind-set
