Your new role
Reporting directly into the Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of vacancies (circa 25 at any one time). This will include advising hiring managers and other team members on candidate attraction strategies and time-frames for a wide variety of roles.
In addition, you will be working closely with managers across the business to gain a detailed understanding of their business needs and manage expectations throughout the recruitment process. You will develop a large network of candidates using a range of methods, whilst ensuring that Civil Service Recruitment Principles are adhered to throughout the process.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will be a confident individual with previous experience working in a fast-paced and volume environment. The ability to develop excellent working relationships with managers is key, as is the confidence to push back and manage expectations when required. As you will be working on a wide variety of vacancies, you will need to be a highly organised individual who is excellent at managing a high caseload and prioritising your work.
