Reporting to the Global Learning & Development Leader (US based) and EMEA's Human Resource Director you will be responsible for assisting with the development, and delivery of the professional development framework and curriculum for all levels and functional areas in EMEA.
You will partner with the Global L&D team to define needs and develop learning programmes for delivery. You will also be required to facilitate learning programmes throughout the EMEA region leveraging the global curriculum comprised of classroom, virtual, e-Learning, assessments and development.
This position will liaise with the Global Learning Operations Team to ensure EMEA is fully leveraging our global tools and processes including a globally consistent evaluation process, FTI's Learning Management System, Learning Navigator, and reporting. EMEA Region Learning & Development Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining key relationships with HR Directors in other Global L&D Functions to create learning paths, develop plans to build the capabilities and deliver the firms Curriculum.
