Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to managers on a range of HR related issues including advising, guiding and supporting line managers in ER issues, reviewing and implement robust HR policies along with line manager toolkits, training and supporting line managers on good people management practices, maintenance and implementation of HR and Payroll system, interpreting and researching employment law, updating the management teams on new employment legislation and HR best practice to ensure advice and guidance is both accurate and up to date
The HR Advisor will be a strong generalist who is used to working in an international organisation who can speak fluent Mandarin. You will be part/full CIPD qualified to level 5 with solid experience of managing ER cases and able to demonstrate up to date employment law knowledge. You will be a strong communicator who can work closely with the business and understands how HR can add value. You will be credible with the ability to mentor and engage with the management team and form effective working relationships quickly.
