Project Coordinator

My client is an award-winning, exciting organisation partnering with leading multinational businesses to advise on all aspects of talent. Project Co-ordinator you will be responsible for managing the design and delivery processes for upcoming events, working with clients in all sectors.

This role will be reporting to the Head of Learning and Development, initially on a 12 month FTC maternity cover to start in May 2018.

Key responsibilities include;

  • Manage projects in the Training and Experiences practice, from inception to delivery

  • Coordinate project teams

  • Manage projects end-to-end to ensure adherence to timelines

  • Build and maintain good relationships with client teams and other external stakeholders

  • Lead project status updates with client teams

  • Manage the event delivery process

  • Support the training content design process, when required

  • Own, develop and deliver materials used for business development

  • Contribute to the team, and support the team where required

The ideal candidate will;

  • Have a genuine interest in L&D / training programme and initiatives

  • Have experience in the design, management and delivery of events

  • Have project management/ coordination experience

  • Be honest, flexible and co-operative, with excellent teamworking skills

  • Be methodical but flexible in approach to completing tasks

  • Have a can-do attitude

  • Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and autonomy
