This is an independent digital marketing agency with c. 100 people globally - the majority of which are Europe based - with offices in central London. They specialise in a particular market, offering innovative digital solutions to help their customer base stand out from the competition.
Their CFO is hiring for a Recruitment Manager to be based in London. Initially the Recruitment Lead will manage all hiring across the five global offices and manage c5,6 openings at any one point - you will work across Europe predominantly and be expected to travel (not often) to the other offices. You will partner with the Directors on business needs and succession planning.
The Founders and CFO are looking for a dynamic Recruitment Manager who has a consultative, professional approach and experience in well known brands or promising start up businesses in the creative agency / digital / publishing market - proven experience in a real SME / start up will be well received. They are interested in meeting people who have solid in-house recruitment experience but also have proven experience in generalist HR, or more specifically talent development.
This is an interim role and give time could become permanent for the right person and the budget for the role is set at £60,000 with bonuses on top. They have a quarterly bonus of c£2,000 on average and an annual bonus in September, as well as private healthcare, life assurance and pension. The business hours are 9am -6pm but it's a grown up environment and there is some flexibility with the hours.
