Recruitment Coordinator

A leading global investment bank are looking to recruit a Recruitment Coordinator to support their lateral and graduate recruitment across EMEA. The role will be base in their London office and is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable business where you will provide the highest quality of recruitment support to the HR Business Partners.

Within this role you will take ownership for the recruitment coordination for the business where you will manage all internal processes associated with the firms graduate and lateral recruitment. As the Recruitment Coordinator you will also have opportunity to go out and support at campus recruitment fairs as well speaking directly with the business to coordinate diaries and provide feedback at every stage of the interview processes.

This is an exciting opportunity for a professional to take their first steps into an in-house recruitment role and gain some excellent exposure across the recruitment function. To be successful within this role you will be a well-organised and experience recruitment administrator, who is proactive, confident and is able to use their own initiative. Previous recruitment coordination experience within Financial Services would be highly desirable.
