My client, a restaurant and hospitality organisation based in Park Royal, North London are currently recruiting for a HR Advisor. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to take on a busy and challenging role, report directly in to the Head of HR, and get involved with business partnering.
Advising managers on relevant policies and procedures
Assisting with any amendments to policies to ensure they are current and business relevant
Advising managers on disciplinaries, grievances, performance and absence management and other ER matters
Implementing an array of HR projects, such as workshops, succession planning, managers' toolkits and reward and recognition
Liaising with job boards and recruitment agencies to ensure recruitment needs are met
liaising with training providers to ensure training needs are met
Supporting the HR Assistant when high peaks of admin are experienced
Supporting the Head of HR with strategic matters, such as TUPEs, redundancies, restructuring, etc.
Producing monthly MI reports
Building rapport and business relationships with key stakeholders
Staying up to date with UK employment legislation
Advising managers on Right to Work and ensuring Company stays compliant
The ideal candidate for this role would have previous experience of working in a similar HR role, experience with developing and implementing policies and procedures and have a good understanding of Employee Relations and legal requirements.
Paying a salary of £35,000, this role would be perfect for someone who is looking to make something their own and have full responsibility of their client group.
