Salary: £65000 - £73000
My client is a Charity that provides impactful and uniquely designed education programmes focusing on equality in the profession and improving the level of teaching and leadership for young people who would otherwise not receive it. They are looking to recruit an Interim HR Director for a 6 month fixed term contract.
The key purpose of this role is to lead the HR Department through a significant organisational change as they launch there 2018-2023 strategy. Working closely with the CEO and senior leadership team as an experienced senior level HR professional driving the organisations HR plans not only though the change project but the wider HR agenda.
You will have leadership level experience delivering a strategic and operational HR Agenda across commercial or complex organisations covering change projects. Working on TUPE, Restructures and collective or individual consultations you will work with your HR team to develop a fit for purpose HR Structure. You will be able to demonstrate proven experience leading on strategic organisational development activities including a strong understanding of employment law. Part of this role will include the implementation of a new HRIS and streamlining a more efficient recruiting process.
This role suits a senior HR professional with the ability to quickly grasp a new strategy and hit the ground running. You must show strong leadership skills and evidence how you have managed a team through a change project. You will be a trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership teams quickly gaining their confidence. This role will give you the opportunity to really get stuck in to the embedding of an exciting and new HR and organisational strategy within a Charity that is successful in delivering its services to the young people that need it.
